Rebecca has been one of the regulars on the live scene since the age of 15. Due to a range of influences from Blues, Soul, Alternative, Jazz and Swing, her voice has a unique range and a powerful sound. Having been performing live since the ages of 12 her performances are edgy and passionate.

Rebecca has worked with a number of producers and has played gigs including venues such as; Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club, The Cavern, Barfly London, Hard Rock Café’s, various festivals and a number of radio performances, including numerous for BBC Radio.

Rebecca’s other talents include playing the guitar and also bass guitar. She has worked with a number of people including; Don Airey (Deep Purple), Rob Harris (Jamiroquai), members of the Tom Jones band and various others.

Since winning the BBC Young Composer of the Year in 1998 Nathan has had many commissions for new works, including two orchestral pieces, both performed on Radio 3 and BBC2 by the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra. He has also composed a piece to celebrate the Millennium performed at the Millennium Dome and numerous works in collaboration with local schools, choirs and orchestras.

Nathan was awarded a Bachelor of Music Degree with Honours in 1996 at Birmingham Conservatoire and studied there until 1999, gaining a Postgraduate Diploma with Distinction.

In May 2001 he was given Honorary Membership of Birmingham Conservatoire for his contribution to the Music profession. The Associate Diploma (ALCM) In Electronic Organ, and Grade 8 in Keyboard, Piano, and Music Theory are also held by Nathan.

In January 2005 he became an examiner for the London College of Music, a prestigious position which he is very proud to have accepted.

Nick Poyner - Drums & Percussion

Nick Poyner - Drums

Nick Poyner is a well respected Drummer and has been in many bands in the Midlands and London, playing venues such as the The Marque, Ronnie Scott's, Clapham Grand, Brixton Academy and the Jam House amongst many venues.

He has also toured worldwide with various bands as well as orchestras. Nick has been performing and playing since an early age Nick and after graduating from University and gaining a music degree, is now an established session player and much sort after percussion tutor based in the Midlands.

Tyrone Bishop - Double Bass

Tyrone Bishop - Double Bass

Tyrone began playing Jazz in 1987 and has had a number of Television and Radio engagements. Although he was originally classically trained he is currently studying for a Bachelor of Music Degree in Jazz at Birmingham Conservatoire.

He is currently very busy on the Jazz scene in the Midlands both in the studio and on the stage and often makes trips down to London to fulfill engagements with other Jazz groups.
